Our Story

Heather Rachelle Events all began when our owner, Heather, wanted to get involved in the wedding industry. Her first thought was to own a wedding dress boutique, but she knew nothing about merchandise, so coordination and management were her next interests. Heather interviewed someone in the wedding coordination field and was in-turn offered an internship for this coordinator. This eventually developed into wanting to create the magic of weddings under her own company. Thus, Heather Rachelle Events was born!

The company first began in Stillwater, OK in the Fall of 2020 and since then, has flourished into an established, knowledgeable, hard-working brand. 50 weddings were coordinated in just one year!

Heather Rachelle Events continues to grow, having traveled all over Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, and Colorado. By year three of launching her business, Heather brought on two more coordinators to her team, Baylee and Chandler. 

Heather Rachelle Events loves being able to create a memorable day that couples remember for the rest of their lives.
